This website has one purpose.
My goal is to teach you how your body functions.
When you understand your body, you can control your life.
As a Health and Nutrition Educator, I help people understand how their body works so that they can take control of their lives. I received my certification at the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, the biggest nutrition school in the world.
My focus started out in controlling your mood, but has branched out to all aspects of our lives. When you can control your mood, energy levels, and motivation, you can control your life. While I was studying the factors that affect your mood, energy, and motivation, I began realizing that the same body processes that affect your mood also affect your weight and overall health. So my website has become all-inclusive of these topics.
If you are like most people, then you probably find yourself occasionally fighting off minor symptoms of the following:
- “Blah” moods
- Low motivation
- Foggy concentration
- Mild depression
- Shyness or low confidence
- Unhappiness about our physical appearance
Here is what you stand to gain by learning what I have learned:
- High productivity
- Fantastic moods
- Much, much more energy
- Higher quality sleep
- Weight loss (I lost 15 lbs in 3 months while exercising half of my norm!)
- Laugh much more often
- Enjoy your life more
- Drastically boost your confidence
- Personality (there’s more than you ever thought hiding inside. Let it out!)
- The calm, clarity, and energy you need to find your route to happiness!!
My opinion on drugs & medication:
I am not your doctor, and I have no idea about your medical history (click here for my disclaimer), but let me tell you that my opinion of medication (pills, drugs, etc) is that they are over-prescribed and overused. I believe that there is a natural way to treat almost everything, and that while medication does have it’s place, natural treatments and lifestyle choices should be considered before taking medication. That is my approach to everything on my site. That being said, you should always talk to your doctor who knows your medical history to be sure that any changes to your lifestyle are OK.
Have fun on my website, and I hope what I have shared helps you in your life!
